Gary's background as a passionate and creative director has lent him the understanding of balance and composition needed to expose the visual interest in his subjects. It was in the early 1990s that he first learned to shoot and process black and white photography, but moved to digital by the end of the decade. Additionally, working for Kodak in 2004 sharpened Gary's skills as he photographed product lines and business subjects for their corporate marketing campaigns.
Today, Gary makes his home in a suburb north of Atlanta, Georgia and spends much of his time exploring the southern countryside looking for inspiration. Several times throughout the year, he visits the Carolina and Georgia coast, exposing its moody seascapes. In the not too distant future, he plans to travel internationally and will look forward to continuing to expand his work.
