This stylized work with a vintage effect depicts the historic fishing city of Venice, a city located on the northeastern side of Italy. Known as the City of Water, Venice is often thought of as one of Europe’s most romantic and beautiful cities built by man. Handsomely rendered, our Ancient Venice tells a story of hard-working fishermen hauling in their day’s catch as clouds sweep away the remaining sunlight against the backdrop of the historic city. Split between two canvases, our Ancient Venice giclee make for a stunning large scaled display across a feature wall.
Gallery wrapped giclee canvas with crackle finish
Austin Beiv grew up in the tough streets of Brooklyn. Where expression of one's self was usually done through wall tagging, or more commonly known as "graffiti." Austin was influenced by many different artists, particularly Fernando Carlo. Fernando was well known for his expressive graffiti. The influence from Austin's childhood is where the edge and contemporary look comes from in his art pieces. Austin now travels all over America to look for inspirations whether it's a tagged wall or an art museum. Austin loves to embrace all the unique and expressive simplicities life offers.
