Timeless design pushes this collection forward with modern appeal. A graceful tall leg lifts the collection off the floor, creating visual lightness and space. Set back arms generate a slight lean to create an air of casual elegance and spacious seating. Down blend seat cushions and back pillows provide maximum comfort, and add a distinctive dimension to the collection. A sleek procession of hand-applied polished nickel nail heads capitalizes the bottom line of each Derek piece.

Frame is constructed of select hardwoods and engineered hardwood laminates. All frames feature interlocking glued joints; high stress joints are glued and corner blocked.
Seats have heavy gauge sinuous wire springs to provide seating comfort, superior suspension and durability. Seat cushion is handcrafted, using a 1.8 or better density high resilient foam core. The foam core is wrapped with a super soft, high resilient fiber blended with North American waterfowl feathers. The cushion is then sown into a down proof ticking to prevent migration of the feathers through the fabric.
Back cushion is a loose pillow, filled with blend down and encased in a down proof ticking.
Wood finish on hardwood legs is hand-rubbed in a 6-step process.
100% polyester upholsters the stocked furniture, which has the look of cotton while being easy to care for and highly durable. However, our Derek Collection is also available in a variety of custom fabrics.
