Are there rewards for registering with Z Gallerie?


Z Gallerie offers two rewards to customers for registering their event with us. The first allows Z Gallerie to help registrants style their home with a gift card equal to 15% of total gift registry purchases exceeding $500. The gift card amount is based on total purchases prior to the event date. The second benefit of registering a special event with Z Gallerie is a 10% completion discount bonus. All registrants are eligible for the one-time discount which is valid up to one year after the event date on any remaining gift registry items. Eligible recipients can expect to receive the gift card and completion discount information at the end of the month following the special event. Purchases must be made from the Gift Registry prior to the event date to be eligible for any of the "Registry Rewards".

Can I edit my registry online?


Yes, online you can edit your existing registry at your convenience using your password you used to set up your registry. You may edit your shipping addresses, names and remove items you no longer wish to receive.

How do I add gifts to my registry?


The easiest way to add gifts is to visit a Z Gallerie retail location. Click here for a map to the nearest store locations. You may also add items online, though at this time, you may only add items that are available for sale online at www.ZGallerie.com. For assistance adding or removing an item, please contact us at registry@zgallerie.com or call 1-800-908-6748 .

Can guests view my registry online?


Yes, guests can view your registry items online if you do not lock your registry from public view with a password. If you are not sure if you locked your registry, check yourself online or please contact us.

Is it possible to get a Z Gallerie Gift Registry starter kit?


Yes, you may pick one up at any Z Gallerie store location or contact us and we will send one to you!

Do you provide enclosure cards?


Yes, we provide registry notification cards printed in our registry starter kit. If you want additional enclosure cards, please email registry@zgallerie.com.

How soon will the gift registry be updated with my purchase?


Registries will be updated within twenty four (24) hours.

Will my orders be gift boxed?


All items will have prices removed when possible and depending on size will be gift boxed. If the item is too large, we apologize that it won't be boxed, but a signature Z Gallerie To and From card will accompany the piece.

Is there a card included with my purchase?


Yes, a Z Gallerie signature To and From card will be handwritten on your behalf. A personal message may also be added.

May I return a gift if I receive duplicate gifts?


Absolutely, this happens at times when two people buy the same gift on the same day either online or at different retail store locations. It is not a problem if you save the receipt and we will gladly take it back. Gifts may be exchanged for other merchandise or a Z Gallerie Gift Card may be issued. What are delivery charges for large furniture items?


When you are ready to purchase a large furniture piece, you will be prompted to call us at 1-800-908-6748 and a Gift Registry Specialist will gladly assist and quote you over the phone.

Monday - Saturday
6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PDT,PST)

Sunday
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PDT,PST)

Holiday Hours
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day:

Not at this time, however we suggest you indicate that you prefer gift cards in the comment field. It's a great way to let all of your guests know!
