What are the gift boxing services offered?Gift Boxing is available on most products we sell, size permitting. Cost for Gift Boxing is $4.25 per item (regardless of quantity). Your items will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a red Z Gallerie signature gift box with a white bow. You can add a special message to your order at no extra cost. It's the perfect finishing touch when sending gifts to the special people in your life! All items that can be gift boxed will have the option available in your Shopping Bag. If you do not see a checkbox next to the item in the Gift Box column, that means the item is either too large to box, or we are currently unable to giftbox that item. This includes artwork and lighting products. |
What are Z Gallerie Gift Cards?Z Gallerie Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise at any Z Gallerie store nationwide and on zgallerie.com. They are available in any denomination from $5 to $995 on zgallerie.com or any denomination at a Z Gallerie store or via a Representative at 1-800-908-6748. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any charge account and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. To begin, go to our Gift Card section. Gift Cards that are ordered with other merchandise in the same order will be shipped separately.

What are the shipping charges for Z Gallerie Gift Cards?Your Gift Card can be shipped either Ground ($4.00) 5 to 9 business days (track able), Express Service ($8.00) 2 to 4 business days (track able) or free Standard Service (U.S.P.S) 5 to 9 business days (not traceable). When combined with other merchandise shipping charges will be calculated only on the merchandise portion of the order (shipping is free for Gift Cards). All gift cards ordered with other merchandise will ship separately. |
What if I have a paper Gift Certificate currently?Next time you use your paper Gift Certificate at a Z Gallerie retail store, it will be exchanged for a new Gift Card with your balance.

How can I find out about the following: balance, reporting of a lost or stolen card, Gift Card account history or activation of card using a virtual internet card?You can find out the answers to all of these questions by calling 1-800-862-7590. This number is also listed on the back of your Gift Card.

How can I add value to a Z Gallerie Gift Card?You can add value to a Gift Card at any time and at any Z Gallerie store. The balance does not need to be at zero when you add value to it. You can add any amount to the Card between $5 and $10,000.

What are the Terms and Conditions of the Gift Cards?Your use of this card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Present this card to a Z Gallerie Sales Associate for purchase of merchandise or services at any Z Gallerie Store in the United States. The Z Gallerie Associate will complete your purchase and give you a receipt showing the remaining balance. You can add to the value of your card at any time. This card will NOT be redeemed for cash. The card will NOT be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without your permission. The card is non-refundable. If the Gift Card is not used for a consecutive 12-month period, a monthly service charge of $2.00 will be deducted from the remaining available balance except where prohibited by law.
