Return policy

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. Items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Simply follow the Return/Exchange Instructions on the invoice included with your package.

ZGallerie.com will not refund shipping charges for returned items; shipping charges are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. Z Gallerie will not accept C.O.D packages. If you receive any portion of your order damaged please contact us prior to returning the items to us. Z Gallerie will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred.

If we request you to return the merchandise to us, at our discretion, we may reimburse you for return shipping expenses. Z Gallerie may reimburse you only for the ground shipping expense that was charged for shipping the item(s) originally to you. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.

ZGallerie.com can only accept returns/exchanges that were purchased on ZGallerie.com. However, items that are purchased from ZGallerie.com can be returned or exchanged at any of our United States Z Gallerie retail store locations including ZGallerie.com. Go to store locations to view our retail establishments.

Credits to your charge card

Credit card refunds will only be posted to the credit card used on the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date that your return has been received by Z Gallerie, Inc. for your account to be credited. If you made a purchase using a check or money order, your refund will arrive in 2-3 weeks of receipt of your return.

How to make a return or an exchange

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the required information on the Return/Exchange Form - located on the back of the original packaging invoice.
  2. Indicate the reason for the return and action we should take. For example, if you changed your mind and wish to make an exchange, please let us know what item you desire instead by telling us the SKU, product description and price of the new item.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Include the Return/Exchange Form you filled out completely. Packages must be returned prepaid. We recommend you insure all packages. Z Gallerie cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Where to return or exchange an item

If you would like to bring your return or exchange to any of our Z Gallerie retail store locations, please do so during store hours. Make sure you bring the original invoice to the store with you to indicate an online purchase.
