Furniture Return Policy

Furniture orders can be changed or canceled for any reason within three days of order date. After three days, changes or cancellations for “Stock” furniture may be subject to restocking fees up to 50% and return costs. “Custom” orders cannot be exchanged, canceled, or returned. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

To arrange a return or exchange for a delivered furniture item please call 1.800.358.8288.

Furniture items must be properly packaged in the original shipping containers and packaging materials. Shipping charges for furniture deliveries are non refundable. Return delivery charges equal to the original delivery charges and restocking fees will apply to all furniture returns.

If you choose to return a furniture item, Z Gallerie will not reimburse you for any unauthorized shipping expenses incurred by you.

Furniture purchases cannot be returned to any Z Gallerie store location.

Refunds or exchanges for furniture returns will be processed when the item(s) has been received in our Los Angeles warehouse. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for your refund or exchange to process.

If a furniture item delivered to you arrives damaged, please call us immediately at or 1.800.358.8288. Retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Z Gallerie. We may require photos of any damage prior to processing your order. All claims for damage must be made within 3 days of receipt.

Accessory Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. Accessory items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Simply follow the Return/Exchange Instructions on the invoice included with your package.

Items purchased online excluding furniture can be returned or exchanged at any of our Z Gallerie retail locations, or by following the mail return instructions on the back of your receipt. However, items purchased at a Z Gallerie store can only be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Go to store locations to view our retail establishments.

Art purchases with the exception of Special order Glass Coats may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Simply follow the return/exchange Instructions on the invoice included with your package.

Special order Art sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged after 3 days of the transaction date.

Items shipped from vendor may only be returned through the mail. For further information please call 1.800.908.6748 or 1.800.358.8288 and speak to one of our Sales Specialists or customer Service representative during business hours.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.

PayPal returns

  • PayPal orders may be returned at any Z Gallerie store location for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited.
  • Exact items can only be exchanged for PayPal orders.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable for items purchased online. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Z Gallerie will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for Fed ex pick up and or inspection.

If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for return shipping expenses at our discretion. Z Gallerie may only reimburse you for the ground shipping expense that was charged for shipping the item(s) originally to you. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.

Holiday, seasonal and sale items
Items with prices ending in 9 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the seasonality of some items, holiday merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after the holiday date has passed.

Where to return or exchange an item

If you would like to bring your accessory return or exchange to any of our Z Gallerie retail store locations, please do so during store hours. Make sure you bring the original invoice to the store with you to indicate an online purchase.

Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. You will have 3 days from the transaction date to change or cancel your special order purchase.

Items shipped from Vendors

Items shipped from vendors, excluding Original Art, may only be returned through the mail. Return shipping fees will apply. Stores are not able to take these returns. Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Please refer to the packing slip or for further information please call 1.800.908.6748 or 1.800.358.8288 and speak to one of our Sales Specialists or Customer Service representative during business hours.

How to make an accessory return or exchange

Follow these steps:

  1. Complete the required information on the Return/Exchange Form, located on the back of the original packaging invoice.
  2. If you wish to make a return or an exchange please indicate the following: tell us the reason why, and let us know what item you now desire by telling us the SKU, product description, and price of the new item.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Include the completed Return/Exchange Form. Packages must be returned prepaid. We recommend you insure all packages. Z Gallerie cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  4. Eligible returns made without a receipt will be issued a Z Gallerie Gift Card for the current value of the returned item(s).

International orders

All international orders placed with Z Gallerie on www.zgallerie.com or via phone, fax or any other method are considered final at the point of shipping from Z Gallerie’s warehouse. No refund or exchanges. Z Gallerie offers no service for orders shipped outside of the United States. All vendor warranties are considered null and void without exception.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to insure proper insurance coverage is available to cover loss or damage for orders shipped outside of the US.

Credits to your charge card

Credit card and PayPal refunds will only be credited to the credit card or account used on the original purchase. It will take 2-3 weeks from the date that Z Gallerie has received your return for your account to be credited. If you made a purchase using a check or money order, your refund will arrive in 2-3 weeks of receipt of your return. Orders purchased with a Z Gallerie Gift Card will have a new gift card issued for the value of the returned items.

Sale Price Adjustments

Sale price adjustments must be made within 14 days of the original ship date unless otherwise specified. Seasonal and holiday items are excluded.
