Returns & Exchanges
At Z Gallerie our buyers spend countless hours travelling, shopping, designing, making their selections and building collections to ensure the items we carry enrich your surroundings. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not pleased with your selection, you can exchange or return the item at any Z Gallerie location according to the following guidelines:
Furniture orders can be changed or cancelled for any reason within three days of the order date. After three days, changes or cancellations for “Stock” furniture may be subject to restocking fees of up to 25%, in addition to return shipping costs. “Custom” orders cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Arrival Dates Z Gallerie does its best to assure merchandise arrives within the quoted delivery time frame. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you in advance, however we do not provide monetary compensation for late delivery. Delivery Delivery services are available within the United States and internationally through International Checkout. All merchandise must be paid in full prior to delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items before signing the delivery acknowledgment form. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Color & Finish Due to the uniqueness and raw material used in some of our products, the color, finish and dye lot may vary on each item. In addition, exposure to light and temperature changes can affect the condition of your merchandise over time.
Assembly and Size Limitations Some merchandise may require assembly. If your merchandise is delivered, assembly is available for an additional fee. Some items such as furniture, rugs, mirrors and art are in most cases large and heavy and as such oversize charges can apply. This charge is listed on the item page and is in addition to regular delivery and processing charges. Customers are responsible for their size limitations. Please be conscious of passages that could cause delivery issues (e.g., stairwells, hallways, doorways, elevators, etc.) and result in possible additional delivery charges. Returning or exchanging delivered furniture To arrange a return or exchange for a delivered furniture item please call 1.800.358.8288. Furniture items must be properly packaged in the original shipping containers and packaging materials. Furniture purchases cannot be returned to any Z Gallerie store location. Refunds or exchanges for furniture returns will be processed when the item(s) has been received in our Los Angeles warehouse. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for your refund or exchange to process. If a furniture item delivered to you arrives damaged, please call us immediately at or 1.800.358.8288. Retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Z Gallerie. We may require photos of any damage prior to processing your order. All claims for damage must be made within 3 days of receipt. When accompanied by the original or gift receipt and in its original packaging*, regularly priced and sale items ending in .99 can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase date. Original and special order art are not returnable.
*Merchandise returned without original packaging is subject to Z Gallerie approval based on selling condition and/or 15% repackaging fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items purchased online excluding furniture can be returned or exchanged at any of our Z Gallerie retail locations, or by following the mail return instructions on the back of your receipt. However, items purchased at a Z Gallerie store can only be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Go to store locations to view our retail establishments. Sale and Clearance Merchandise Sale merchandise ending in .99 can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase date. We cannot accept returns on any merchandise with prices ending .09 - .89 as these products are final sale clearance items.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable for items purchased online. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Z Gallerie will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for Fed ex pick up and or inspection.
If you would like to bring your accessory return or exchange to any of our Z Gallerie retail store locations, please do so during store hours. Make sure you bring the original invoice to the store with you to indicate an online purchase.

All international orders placed with Z Gallerie on www.zgallerie.com or via phone, fax or any other method are considered final at the point of shipping from Z Gallerie’s warehouse. No refund or exchanges. Z Gallerie offers no service for orders shipped outside of the United States. All vendor warranties are considered null and void without exception.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to insure proper insurance coverage is available to cover loss or damage for orders shipped outside of the US.
Credit card and PayPal refunds will only be credited to the credit card or account used on the original purchase. It will take 2-3 weeks from the date that Z Gallerie has received your return for your account to be credited. If you made a purchase using a check or money order, your refund will arrive in 2-3 weeks of receipt of your return. Orders purchased with a Z Gallerie Gift Card will have a new gift card issued for the value of the returned items.
Sale price adjustments must be made within 14 days of the original ship date unless otherwise specified. Seasonal and holiday items are excluded.
