How do I purchase merchandise for Free Ship to Store?

Monday-Friday: 6:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am - 3:00pm

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Orders will be available for pickup in the delivery store chosen in 5-15 days from the order date. Once the merchandise is received by the store, customers will be contacted via phone or email by a store sales associate.

What type of identification do I bring with me when picking up my order?

For verification purposes, please bring a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the items. If being picked up by someone other than the purchaser a photo ID and copy of the receipt is required. Please be sure to bring a vehicle large enough to carry your purchase and extra assistance for loading if necessary. We're sorry, but Z Gallerie employees are unable to assist you in the loading or tying down of your purchase.

How long will you hold my order at the store?

Orders not picked up within 14 days will be cancelled and payment refunded, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Can all merchandise be picked up in stores?

The following merchandise is excluded from Free Ship to Stores:

Furniture, Oversized Mirrors, Direct Ship Merchandise, and Original Art

Is the return policy the same as if I shipped the items to my home?

Yes, the return policy is the same. You can return items to the store or call Customer Service 800.358.8288.
