Trade Discount Discount tiers refer to purchases made during a twelve (12) month period. Online and store purchases will be combined. Once tier amount is reached, new discount rate goes into effect for 12 months. Discounts are applied to TRADE sales only with Valid Registration, Credentials (on file), and a valid ID presented at time of purchase. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotions. The discount is not valid on sale items, outlet merchandise, previously placed orders or gift card purchases. Services, shipping costs, taxes and other fees are not eligible for the discount. Sales tax will be charged. Return Policy
All trade returns must be accompanied by a receipt. A restocking fee of 35% to 50% may be applied for merchandise returned after 30 days. No returns or exchanges after 45 days. Special orders and furniture orders are not returnable.
Termination Rights
Z Gallerie reserves the right to change or cancel the Designer Trade Program or a customers membership with or without notice.
Once your application and credentials are approved you will receive a virtual card via email within 2 weeks.
