Registries created prior to October 15, 2009, are still eligible for our Completion Program and our Reward Program. Our Completion Program offers a one-time use 10% Savings Certificate to purchase items for which you registered, but did not receive. The certificate expires one year after your event date.
Our Rewards Program provides a gift card equal to 15% of total registry purchases exceeding $500 – amount based on registry purchases prior to event date.
Eligible recipients will receive the Completion Program Savings Certificate and the Rewards Program Gift Card approximately one month to a month-and-a-half after the registered event.

Of course! You can easily edit your product selections – adding or removing items as needed, or editing mailing addresses and names too. For security purposes, you will be asked to provide your personal password to make any changes online. To edit your registry, access the Gift Registry page and – under the Z Gallerie Registry Users – click on “Manage Your Registry”.

You can add products online as long as the item to be added is available for sale at www.zgallerie.com. Direct any additional questions concerning adding or removing items in your registry to registry@zgallerie.com or to a Customer Relations representative at 800.908.6748.

If you did not lock your registry from public view with a password, your guests will be able to view your registry online. If you are not sure whether your registry is locked or not, please view your registry online or contact us at registry@zgallerie.com.

Items will have prices removed. For a nominal $4.25 per sku charge, your guests can opt to have their selections gift boxed. Unfortunately, depending on size or shape, some items cannot be boxed.

Absolutely! Occasionally, two people might purchase the same gift on the same day before the registry is updated. If this happens, simply save the shipping receipt and we will gladly exchange it for another item in the store or on your registry. If you prefer, we can issue the return in the form of a Z Gallerie gift card. For more information, please contact us or call us at 1.800.908.6478.

Guests purchasing large furniture items will be prompted to speak with a Gift Registry Specialist at 800.908.6748 during our normal business hours. Our specialist will then provide a quote based on items shipped and delivery destination.
