Brent Foreman is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, but currently lives and works in Phoeniz, Arizona. He received a Master of Arts degree from MSU - Mankato in 1999. He is a multi-faceted artist who works in a variety of mediums, including arcylics, oils, and watercolor.

Brent's style is best described as a balance of opposites. His works are anecdotes of light and dark, translucent to opaque, capturing both the nuanced and the overt to create a striking harmony.

Layering, spontaneity, and perseverance are the key components to creating his complex compositions.
