To convert your Customer Reservation:
Click on the Customer Reservation link in the footer (bottom) of the web page under Shopping Options.
Enter the Sales Order Number, located at the top right hand corner of your receipt above your name.
Enter the delivery Zip Code.
Follow the prompts to checkout.
Reservations not converted within 48 hours will automatically be canceled and deleted from the system. A new order will need to be placed. Please be aware that inventory availability may change. The expected delivery date from the original Reservation may be different when a Reservation order is replaced.
Billing and shipping information may not be be changed and must be U.S. addresses only. Products cannot be added, replaced, or removed. If you wish to make any changes to your order please contact the store storelocations Opens a New Window. where the Reservation was placed.
Reservations must be paid in full with one of the following payment options: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover. We apologize Pay Pal is not currently available for purchases through the Reservation program.
Please allow up to 3 hours for your Reservation order to process and bill.
You will receive an email order confirmation upon completion of your order online. No additional order details will be sent out. If you have questions on your order please contact the store storelocations where the Reservation was placed or Customer Relations.
Cart Retention Policy
Items placed into your cart will be held for 30 calendar days for your shopping convenience. This applies to both Registered Customers and customers using Z Galleries Guest Checkout. If item(s) that you have placed into your cart are no longer available when you return to your cart, the item(s) will be automatically removed upon your reactivating your cart. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Changing item quantities
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item placed in your Shopping Bag, change the number in the "Quantity" box. Be sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom of your list to confirm any changes. We regret that we cannot make changes to online orders once submitted.
Removing items from your shopping bag
If you wish to remove an item in your Shopping Cart, click the "Delete" link that appears to the right of the item you wish to remove.
Discounts, Promotion Codes & Coupons
During online checkout, promotion codes may be entered into the Promotion Code field(s) at the bottom of the Payment Info page.
For each transaction, only one promotion code per category (Furniture, Art and Accessories) can be applied.
Promotions and discounts for Z Gallerie products are not cumulative.
Coupons and discount promotion codes cannot be applied to purchase of gift cards, sale or clearance items, or temporarily reduced price merchandise.
Online Promotion codes are valid only for purchases on www.zgallerie.com and cannot be used in any of our store locations.
In-store-only promotions are only valid in our store locations.
Z Gallerie reserves the right to limit quantities purchased with any coupon or discount at its discretion.

Credit card payment, checks and faxed orders
ZGallerie.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal as well as checks, money orders and Z Gallerie gift cards. If paying by credit card or Pay Pal your account will be charged once your order has been shipped with the exception of special orders and direct ship purchases. PayPal payments cannot be combined with any other form of payment (example Gift Cards). If you are using a check or money order, please mail payment at time of purchase to:

Faxed orders, as well as orders that are purchased using a check or money order, will be shipped once payment is received, and the funds have cleared. Orders sent via fax must have all the items listed with SKU numbers and prices. Upon receipt of the order a Sales/Order Department Consultant will call during regular business hours to review and complete the order with you. At that time you will be requested to give pertinent credit card information. In some cases wire transfers may be arranged for payment at Z Gallerie's discretion. All order placed with Z Gallerie online, via fax, phone, mail or in a store location will ship only when paid in full.

Bank Gift Cards as Payment
Z Gallerie accepts bank issued gift cards (Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard) for payment. Please note that the gift card used MUST be equal to or greater than the purchase amount. Multiple tenders (using more than one credit card) are not accepted for payment unless one of the payment types is a Z Gallerie Gift Card. Prior to checkout please insure that you have registered the billing address for your bank gift card with customer service at the issuing bank. The phone number can be found on the back of the gift card. Failure to register the card for online transactions will result in a declined authorization. When you make an online purchase, the name, address, and phone number you use will need to be exactly the same as the information you provided when registering your card. Please be sure to use the bank gift card as a credit card when checking out - do not select the gift card method of payment.
Sales tax policy
Because we do business in the following states, AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MO, NC, NV, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA and WA, we are required by law to collect all state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the order, regardless if the sale was made in a Z Gallerie retail store or via the ZGallerie.com web site. The Internet Tax Moratorium only provides that no new taxes can be applied to the Internet itself and charges for Internet services, such as access charges. However, the Internet Tax Moratorium does not affect sellers who use the Internet as a medium to market their products. These sellers are subject to the same rules that have always applied to catalog sales, which means that sellers with a presence in a state must collect the state sales tax. Many states also tax the delivery charge you pay on orders sent to your home.

Track your order
Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation. A separate shipping confirmation for the accessory portion of your order complete with a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status online at any time by clicking the My Account link at the top of any page of our site or click the link Order Tracking at the bottom of the website under the Customer Service heading.
When placing a furniture order online you may receive a call to review your order information. Tracking information for furniture orders is not available. At Z Gallerie's discretion, delivery options may be modified at any point at Z Gallerie's discretion.
When we ship part or all of your order from one of our store locations, you will not receive a shipping confirmation. To track these orders, please call 424.999.4626 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your order number in any communications.
Direct Ship products are shipped directly from the vendor; therefore no shipping information is available online. To track your Direct Ship order please call Customer Relations at 1.800.358.8288
If for any reason you need to cancel your online Accessory order, please contact a Customer Relations Consultant toll free at 424.999.4626 or 1.800.358.8288. You may also send an email to email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. Please call 1.800.358.8288 to inquire about cancelling or changing your Furniture, Special Order, Customer Order Art or Direct Ship order. Return shipping and or re-stocking charges may apply.
Your Order History
Z Gallerie will maintain your order history and make it available for you to review online by logging onto your account. Orders placed up to two calendar years previous will be available to you to review. Orders older than two calendar years will be archived by Z Gallerie but may still be made available to you by calling 424.999.4626 or emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow five business days for all archived order information request responses.
We are sorry but customers using the "Guest" checkout will not have a history available. Guest checkout customers should contact Customer Relations at 1.800.358.8288 or the Sales/Order Department at 424.999.4626 for assistance.
Pricing Errors & Omissions
Please be aware that prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to insure the accuracy of the information of our site and when errors are discovered, we will correct them. Be advised that Z Gallerie, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted, after it has been confirmed, or after your credit card or gift card has been charged. If we discover an error after your credit card or gift card has been charged and your order has been cancelled as a result of the error, the credit card will be refunded or the gift card will be replaced in the full amount of the order. You will be notified by email or telephone that your order has been cancelled and you will have the opportunity to place the order at the correct price. Once we process a refund to your credit card please note that bank policies vary as to when the amount is credited back to your account.
